Finished with Time Left Over for Dinner

Bob finished the upstairs projects and the rooms are all put back together.
Before . . .
After . . .
Door closed . . .
Door opened . . .
I still have to put the games on the shelves,
but this closet turned out better than I thought it would.
Friday evening we went to our friends (Bud and Pat) home for dinner. Pat's dinners are always special. She plans every little detail and this evening was no exception. She made cabbage rolls, scalloped potatoes, steamed baby carrots, green salad with raspberry dressing, and cranberry sauce. And for dessert, homemade apple pie with vanilla ice cream.
Pat is a very special friend of mine.

A couple months ago, Bub had a serious accident (Bud was airing-up the tire on the wheel barrel when it exploded in his face) and we were worried that he might not recover. His remarkable recovery are answers to many prayers.

WOW! His face dosn't even have scars. I didn't realise it was him that had the accident.

So is the new closet now where there used to be a connection between the two rooms?

Now that your kids are grown and out of the house you can finally have the clean and organized house you always wanted, but we made impossible to have.

Rachael,

Yes, that's where the game closet is.

Lori,

Having a clean house is really nice, but having six kids entertaining you every evening is the most rewarding and entertaining too. If I could only have my house or my six kids, I'd take you kids any day.
