This evening Bob made a lemon meringue pie using lemons from our lemon tree.

What? Your not having a piece?
Are you back on your diet or something, you could at least have a sliver, Bob will never be able to eat the whole pie.
I thought that pie was going to be made and served over Christmas. I must have forgot. It looks delicious. How come you didn't have any?

That is so so cool! I wished I did it when we had our lemon tree...our good friends, R & C, gave us as a wedding present a lemon tree. It was great!!! We loved it. One day we agreed we would cat sit and this stupid cat peed in it, and sadely it did not survieve.
You just gave me an idea...I should ask for one for my birthday and then I could make a lemon pie as well or just curd. Brits are mad about lemon curd and I am married to one ;-)
