I'm helping with a ten week weight loss and life style change program at our church. There was a good attendance last night for the first meeting. I knew that exercise and diet go hand in hand in losing weight and that water is an important element too, but I didn't know that you are suppose to drink 1/2 ounce of water for every pound you weigh. I drank a lot of water today. It certainly curbed my appetite. I wonder what I will learn at the next meeting?

Seems like there should be a cut off for that, what if you weigh 300lbs?
I'm going to try and drink my recommended amount this week. I usually drink a lot of water, but I've slacked off lately. We'll see if it makes a difference.
